Orvanto policies

Terms of Service

Orvanto is an independent, fan-made listing marketplace. It is not Roblox and is not endorsed by Roblox.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account, buy, sell, or receive a payout.

2. Marketplace role

Independent sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, lawful delivery, taxes, and compliance. Orvanto provides listing, messaging, order tracking, moderation, and dispute tools.

3. Roblox rules

Users must follow Roblox rules and applicable law. Do not list anything Roblox does not permit you to transfer.

4. Prohibited activity

• Robux, Roblox accounts, passwords, authentication cookies, gift cards, or login access.
• Stolen, duplicated, exploited, hacked, counterfeit, or unauthorized items.
• Off-platform payments, chargeback abuse, false delivery, rating manipulation, or fee evasion.
• Harassment, impersonation, malware, phishing, illegal goods, or infringement.

5. Orders, marketplace fees, and cash-out fees

Prices and credits use USD-equivalent values. The marketplace commission is 14%, and the seller receives 86% of the completed order amount before refunds or legally required deductions. Card top-ups include Stripe's standard domestic-card processing cost in the amount charged. Seller cash-outs require at least 12 credits and carry a 4% processing fee. The official Orvanto account is exempt from its own cash-out fee. Fees from other accounts are credited to the official Orvanto account.

6. Delivery

The seller marks an order delivered. The buyer must inspect it and either confirm receipt or open a dispute. Never confirm before receiving the promised item.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that Roblox will preserve, recognize, or permit any transfer.

8. Notice to Roblox Corporation

If Roblox Corporation or an authorized representative believes that Orvanto, a listing, or any activity on this service violates Roblox's rights, policies, or Terms of Use, please contact us at support@orvantomarket.com. We will promptly review a verifiable request and suspend affected listings or functionality while it is evaluated. If Roblox formally requires Orvanto to discontinue the service, we will cooperate and take the necessary steps to do so. This notice does not claim or imply authorization, approval, sponsorship, or affiliation by Roblox.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. Questions and legal requests may be submitted through the marketplace reporting system.
